The number of sessions and frequency can depend on the types of issues you are experiencing as well as your own preferences. Jetlyn may make recommendations, but the decision about treatment is always yours to make.
More complex difficulties may require longer term therapy, whilst very specific concerns may only require a short treatment period (e.g. less than six sessions). Generally at the beginning of therapy sessions are more frequent and then spaced out as therapy progresses. On average Jetlyn sees people on a fortnightly basis.
